The benefit of seeing a naturopath is that we pay close attention to your health history, spending quality time to investigate your case and to piece the puzzle together.     15 minutes - FREE

    A brief phone conversation about your main health concerns to determine the best steps moving forward and whether or not I can help you. This is also a time for me to explain my approach so that expectations are clear.

  • In-person Consultation

    Initial Consultation

    60-90 minutes - $250 for new clients

    An in-depth case history taking.

    Creating individualised treatment plans that address your health and medical safety needs - lifestyle modification and food reflections.

    Providing Practitioner range natural products - supplements, herbs, or sprays according to your health needs. These are an additional cost.

    Ordering functional tests if necessary. These are an additional cost.

    Working with allopathic doctors if integrative medicine is needed.

    30 minutes - $110 for existing clients with regular appointments

    45 minutes - $160 for existing clients with regular appointments

    Generally two to four weeks after an initial consultation depending on the circumstances.

    Update on health changes.

    Understanding your body’s response to supplements and herbs and making the necessary changes.

    Update on dietary changes and making necessary adjustments.

    One-Off Monthly Meal Plan

    $99 for a 30-day meal plan

    15-minute discovery call with the Naturopath to go over your health goals and to chat about what a realistic and achievable meal plan would look like for you.

    A weekly meal plan PDF including a Monday to Sunday table of each recipe recommended for you, plus a grocery list for the week, plus each recipe detailed with an image of the meal, serving size, and time to cook the meal.

    This monthly meal plan has proven to be incredibly effective in supporting my clients to reach their health goals. Examples include, increase energy, weight-loss, meeting nutritional and vitamin status, building muscle, and overall feeling themselves again.

    3-Month Meal Plan

    $79 a month for 3 months

    15-minute call once every three months with the Naturopath to go over your health goals and to chat about what a realistic and achievable meal plan would look like for you.

    A weekly meal plan (for 3 months) PDF including a Monday to Sunday table of each recipe recommended for you, plus a grocery list for the week, plus each recipe detailed with an image of the meal, serving size, and time to cook the meal.

    The meal plans change every month.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services. Cancellations made within 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge fee for that appointment booked. This includes no shows. If your cancellation is made with more than 24 hours notice, your payment will be refunded into your account.

Cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on my business and I hope that you can understand the need to enforce this policy. Thank you.
